1. Platform Role

Pet Health Care provides Pet Feed as a discovery and contact tool. We display listings, comments, and messages submitted by users. We are not the seller, broker, payment processor, transporter, or guarantor of any animal, health claim, pedigree, price, or transaction outcome.

Unless a future feature explicitly says otherwise, the app does not hold deposits, process pet purchase payments, or provide escrow, shipping, or ownership transfer documents.

2. Who May Post

Users with permission to create Pet Feed listings (including verified breeders and authorized admin accounts) may publish listings. You must use your own account, provide accurate contact details you control, and accept full responsibility for what you publish.

3. Allowed Animals and Listings

Pet Feed may include listings for common companion and farm-related animals when lawful, such as:

You are responsible for confirming that the species, age, location, and transfer method comply with applicable laws and regulations where the listing is offered and where the animal will go.

4. Prohibited Listings and Content

You must not post listings or related content that:

5. Listing Quality and Honesty

Good listings help buyers make informed decisions. We expect:

6. Transactions and Safety

Any payment, deposit, contract, delivery, or ownership transfer happens directly between users, outside Pet Health Care. Be cautious with upfront transfers to unknown contacts. Meet in safe public places when possible and consider a veterinary check before finalizing a transfer.

Pet Health Care does not verify every listing, identity, document, or health statement. Breeder verification or admin approval in the app is a moderation step, not a warranty or endorsement.

7. Comments, Chat, and Notifications

Comments and direct messages must follow the same respect, honesty, and legality standards as listings. Do not use chat to harass users, solicit unsafe payments, or share prohibited content.

8. Reporting Violations

Users should report suspicious, unsafe, or policy-violating listings using the in-app report feature. Include helpful context when possible. We review reports and may remove, archive, restrict, or reject content and accounts when we believe there is a safety, fraud, legal, or policy concern.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

We may, at our discretion:

We are not obligated to monitor every message or explain every moderation decision.

10. Your Acknowledgment in the App

Before submitting a listing for review or publication, the app may require you to confirm that your post is lawful, does not involve wild or illegally traded animals, is truthful, and that you accept responsibility for the content and any related transaction.

11. Changes

We may update these Marketplace Guidelines as Pet Feed evolves. Continued use of marketplace features after updates means you accept the revised guidelines, together with our Terms of Service.
